We’ll go through several personal goals that people have when using steroids because your objectives could not be the same as those of the next person (male or female). These objectives rely on the athlete’s present desires as well as their preferred body type. This time, I’ll speak openly and based on my own experiences and views. Do you want to appear good while wearing clothing or excellent after taking them off? This is how I perceive it and how I explain it to folks at the gym or anywhere else who inquire about what I’m doing. This is a crucial question since it’s much simpler to look beautiful with them on than without. Some of you might be wondering why, if I look nice wearing them, I would look horrible without them. Then I’ll ask you this. How many times have you seen a beautiful woman out and about, only to bring her home, get her undressed, and have her faeces start oozing out everywhere? Yes, excess pounds may be hidden by nice clothing. Guys, you should know that this also applies to you. The woman only showed you kindness and said nothing else.
I tailor my diet and exercises to get the athletic/model body. What I do is make do with what I have. I will never be 215 pounds and completely ripped; it is not feasible for me to do so. At one time, I was bulking up and reached a weight of 205 pounds. I detested it; it was difficult for me to tie my shoes and put on my socks. Remember, I’m 5’8” and before I cut, I weigh between 185 and 190 pounds; after cutting, I weigh between 170 and 175 pounds to get the Greek god appearance (ripped from the ground up)! I think you got the concept now, so let’s move on. I’ll now discuss the various aims and some beneficial things to use to achieve each one.
Bulking Period
The following should be done when in a bulking phase:
- Eating a diet strong in protein and carbohydrates
- Exercising very briefly
- Lifting heavily with few repetitions
- Getting enough sleep.
A list of steroids to use during a bulking phase is provided below:
- Sustanon 250 (contains all four testosterone esters)
- Testosterone Cypionate or Enanthate
- Trenbolone Enanthate or Hexahydrobenzylcarbonate
- Deca Durabolin
- Anadrol oral
- Dianabol oral
- Equipoise (excellent to stack in there)
Phase of Cutting
Do the following while you are in a cutting phase and attempting to get “ripped up from the floor”:
- The consumption of a diet high in protein and low in carbs
- Exercising first thing in the morning without food
- Cardio for at least 45 minutes
- At least six days a week (i just do 10 minutes on leg day)
- Lift light weights and complete more repetitions
- Super-set up or perform stations
- Avoid eating anything after 6-7 p.m.
- Instead, have a protein shake
Here is a list of the cutting equipment to use:
- Trenbolone Acetate – (any ester works, but the ace works quickly)
- Winstrol Oral
- Masteron, which is fantastic for increasing muscular firmness
- Anavar oral, which you shouldn’t use until your bodyfat is under 10%
- Boldenone
- Primobolan
- Clenbuterol make up Equipoise.
There are many various cutting products available, but if you don’t work out and diet properly, you won’t ever get the desired look. Diet is king, I repeat, king in this situation.
Strength and stamina
This form of instruction entails:
- Training with heavier weights
- Fewer repetitions, more total sets and little to no recovery.
Strength and endurance can be increased by using the same drugs that are mentioned above. Halotestin, however, is a fantastic alternative that is not on the list. It will do wonders for you if you take it 30 minutes before your workout.
